No, you can shop as a guest. Creating an account helps you track orders and reorder faster.

Browse our engraved whiskey glasses, add to cart, and complete checkout.

I have a discount code. How can I use it?

Enter your code in the “Discount code” box at checkout and click Apply.

How do I modify my order?

Contact us at support@lumiza.store within 12 hours of ordering.

How do I cancel my order?

Email us immediately at support@lumiza.store. We can cancel before production starts.

Shipping & Delivery

When will I receive my order?

Production: 3–5 business days. Shipping: 7–10 business days. Total: 10–15 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We offer 30 days to return unused items in original packaging. Custom engraved glasses have limited returns.

What if my glass arrives damaged?

Contact support@lumiza.store with photos and your order number. We will replace or refund quickly.

How do I care for my engraved whiskey glass?

Hand wash only with cool or lukewarm water. Do not put in dishwasher.
